If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
A. Past Academic record.
B. Scores in entrance tests.
C. Group Discussion.
D. Personal Interview.
E. Work experience.
Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection process which may be independent of each other.
The process may include
- Written Test.
- Group Discussions.
- Personal Interviews.
Performance in various management entrance tests is an important component in the admission process.
B-schools may use previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience and other similar inputs in short listing and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process.
The processes, academic cut-offs and the weights allocated to the evaluation parameters may vary across B-schools.
Please note that the the eligibility to pursue any specialization of MBA is same.

So as per your past academic background you are not eligible to pursue full time MBA.
But however, If you are interested to make career in management field, you can pursue MBA through Distance Education.
As the graduation is basic eligibility for Distance MBA.
The USP of distance education MBA lies in the fact that it provides job-oriented knowledge that can be immediately practised as one works alongside.
Distance MBA allows students to enjoy the comfort of learning from their home, at a time which is most convenient for you and does not interfere with their busy work schedule.
Another advantage is being able to attain a well recognized degree which is well accepted by industry and government organization.

Beside all these it is recommeded to do at least graduation 1st as its is necessary for career building and personal rise in future. Also during graduation your son may build some other interest as per the atmosphere provided by college or university. MBA finance after graduation is equally good.
Here i would suggest you to look for top class universities as Lovely Professional University, NMIMS, Jamia Malai etc to take admission.
Think for long term.

The cut-off for the MMS programme last year was 217/400 in the CMAT examinations. The cut- off also depends on the number of students who have appeared more the students higher the cut-off will be.
Operations as a specialization was introduced in the year 2012/13. The companies visiting the campus for Operations include L&T, Asian Paints, Wellspun, etc. The in house and visiting faculty for Operations is also very renowned and have a lot of corporate experience.
The placement record for the year 2012-14 for all specializations was as follows;
Total No. of Students - 236
No. of Companies participated - 157
Highest Salary - Rs. 13.00 Lakhs p.a.
Average Salary - Rs. 6.5 Lakhs p.a.
