You can always write the aptitude test for the MNCs but then as most of the private institutes have strong placement benefits for their students, government colleges might not be able to provide 100% placement option but then you can always apply to the various companies (MNCs) directly on the basis of the vacancies available and the profile required.

I would suggest you not to think so much and look forward to pursue Masters - MCA or M.Sc from a well known institution. When going for your Masters it will be your Graduation which is considered the most. Although, all the distance education programs are placed equally as there is no public rating or neutral ranking for these programs, but out of the institute mentioned above you can opt for IGNOU as it is the oldest & quite renowned University for Distance Education programs.
