Although, you have not mentioned your educational background, there are several options available with you being a commerce students, like if you are a graduate, then MBA in finance or a Masters in finance, if you are an undergraduate you can opt for BBA, B.Com (Hons) BBA LLB (integrated program). Other options are CA, CFA, CS & CWA.
You can also go for MBA in Entreprenuership if you want to join your father in his business.
Please specify the level of education you want to go for (as in UG, PG etc) to suggest you the colleges in Mumbai.
However, you can surf shiksha, for finding suitable institutes for these courses.

Yes, you are doing well and need to concentrate on your MCA and need to give in consistent performance through out the course as by this you would be able to secure a good job at later stage.

Although, they do give around 35 points for a Masters level program, but whether or not they would count EMBA program as a Masters level program this is something which you need to clarify with the Visa office of UK. As far as my Knowledge goes if your degree is a full time degree then it should fetch you points.
