IMS noida, is a decent College. It is ranked amongst the top- 100 B-schools in India by several organizations and publications. However, while choosing the Institute you should not be completely dependent on the ranking as it is only indicative of the Institute's standing in the market, to know the education quality i would suggest that you should visit the campus, check their study material, infrastructure, talk to their faculty (try & check their educational background), talk to the current batch students & also try and get contacts of some alumnae. As, all these things would help you getting the right picture of the Institute.

You can opt for either of the two courses - M.Tech or MBA depending on your interest intend and career aspirations.
If you are keen to go for further education related to technology and engineering then you should definitely opt for the M.tech course but if you are keen to pursue a career in the field of Management then MBA would be the best option available.
There are many colleges which offer the two kind of courses and to know about the same, you may refer to the following links:

Animation is definately a very strong creative career. But it is not wise to leave your bacelors degree and opt for Animation. I strongly recommend you to continue your engineering for developing aptitude and learn Animation Program parallely. You could join organizations like Arena for creative satisfaction and gradual carving of career in Animation. You never know, what will help to shape your futute.

https://Shiksha.com is an education portal and offers information related to the institutes and courses; providing information related to your job requirement would not be possible. But then generally speaking, getting a value job through home is a very difficult and a rare option and generally the risk intake in such a job field is very high and also at many times the experience incurred is not accountable. But then this is not always the case as there are many well reputed companies which allow its employees to work from home but the option is for the employees of the company and the recruitment for the same is a rare option
