Msc (CS) is a two year course and MCA is a three year course which also requires Enterence exams. As you are average Student You need to concentrate more on Programming Languages.

If you see actually there is no connection between B.E. and Animation as its a art though you use technology to produce it.You absolutely dont have advantage of being BE except in some cases.Now the answer-" As you have Bachelors degree in hand(probably next year) you dont need to opt for BA 3D Animation & VFX.But if you want to do/learn everything related to Animation and VFX, the course of IGNOU tought @ selected MAAC centeres( I would suggest Andheri/Thane in Mumbai).Otherwise you can do specialisation courses @ BIG animations.Its a premier institte you can google it.Last but not so easy option is get admission in IIT-
