Even though work experience is not a requirement for the Harvard MBA program, more than 95% of their class has work experience in their profiles. If you apply to the Harvard regular MBA program without any work experience, i am afraid you would not be able to make through. However, there is another program at Harvard which is designed specifically for college juniors like you who want to pursue their MBA right after their undergraduation. It is called the Harvard 2+2 program. In this program, they make a student work for 2 years adn then study the regular MBA for 2 years. Following are the score requirements of the program:
1) GMAT:

If you are planning to pursue your MBA abroad right after completing your Btech, i would recommend you to take the GMAT and apply for an early career MBA program.
Unlike traditional MBA programs where there is a minimum requirement of 2 years Full Time professional work experience, Early Career MBA programs are designed for students who are fresh college graduates with no work experience or one to two years of professional work experience. Students are typically recent college graduates.
Some examples of such schools are:
1) IESE Business School
2) University of Chicago(Booth)
3) Yale School of Management
4) University of Roch

B.Tech and MCA are almost considered for similar job profiles in the IT industry. I wouldn't suggest you to waste extra 1 year just for the sake of a PG degree as the subjects of MCA and B.Tech. are almost same. You will get to earn nothing extra after you complete MCA.
Best of luck & choose wisely.
