First you should focus on doing the masters degree like MCA to increase your value in the software industry as a fresher.
Also as you asked you can pursue courses in parallel and there are a lot of options as i am listing below the most prominent ones from the job point of view:
1. Java/J2EE - The server side software development of web is mostly done by this most secure language option. Most of the banks in India and abroad implement their web applications using Java/J2EE only.
2. Oracle/Mysql/DB2/DBA - This is one of the most reliable course options but you will not get any work of software development on its basis, yet you can continue doing it if you have interest in DBMS.
3. CCNA/MCSE - These networking certifications can employ you as a network engineer and again even in the recession period these were the most reliable career options, if not most exciting.
4. .NET/PHP - These are popular languages which are direct counterparts of Java. These are mainly used for light weight application development on the server side and client side. .NET is also easy to master compared to the long Java Library.
But if you are interested in management / finance / HR like domains then you can proceed for MBA.

Although, the best option always is a regular MBA, but as you have certain constraints you can opt for a correspondence program. The Correspondence program generally helps you get threotical Knowledge & may help you in getting promotion in your current organisation.
Project Management is popular by other names as well like, Construction Management, Strategic Management, and Production Management. There are many Institutes giving MBA through Correspondence but as, Project Management is a highly specilaised field you will find less number of Institutes giving this specialisation, few of them are: IGNOU, NICMAR, Alggapa University, GICMAR, National Academy of Construction, MAAERs Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
