Hi Harish,
As Shiksha is an Education portal which guides students to take their career and Education related decisions, you would not be able to get any help on your Institute or School work. However, the strategies for conflict resolution in super organizations generally involve the following steps:
Understand the situation
Acknowledge the problem
Be patient and take your time
Avoid using coercion and intimidation
Focus on the problem, not the individual
Establish guidelines
Keep the communication open
Last but not least Act decisively
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this

Hi Brinder, to apply for a UG course at NTU one must have good grades. Though the minimum specified is a good pass in the best 4 subjects, merely attaining this does not guarantee admission. As you have just begun the term, I would like you to prepare well and score a minimum of 90% to enhance your chances of admission at the University.
Also, make an application ot the Universality before feb 2012. The 12 scores can be submitted later on.
All the best.

Hi era,
As suggested by Nikhlesh Mathur getting any study material on an education portal like https://Shiksha.com is less of a possibility, instead you can get these references from the nearest bookstore or the coaching institutes preparing for the Bank POs.

Hi jayesh,
Well there is no such way to go about pursuing a valid education by skipping first two years and heading directly for the third year exams.
The education system of the country does not support this as an option, hence you will require to qualify through each levels.

Hi Shalini, it is not advisable to go for correspondence courses abroad. The fee for international students pursuing correspondence courses is almost the same as that of full time students. So it is better to pursue it full time. It is just the living expense that will be added on but it will give you a life time opportunity to gain the international exposure.
And if you insist on pursuing a correspondence/Distance learning course only then you can do it from India.
