NMP programme of MDI is quite a renowned programme started in the year 1988. This is the programme for Young Managers. As far as the placements are concerned, many of the students joining this programme are company sponsored and have to join back their company once through with their programme and for rest of the students I would say that MDI has a decent placement record of 70% so, you can go ahead for this programme. However, placements would also largely depend on how you perform on the programme and how you encash your knowledge earned at the time of Job Placements.

I would recommend you to mention this in your application to the Universities, you might get some advantage of it.
Courses commence in September and one can not apply directly to the Universities(most of them). You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 30 June. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it. There is a small intake in Jan, for which you don't have to go through UCAS and you can apply directly. At least 50% in 12 to get into the bottom ranked university or college. Or if

The most important thing which you need to keep in mind while deciding on your career stream is your own interests and career aspirations. If Mass Comm is the field which attracts you then you should not give it a second thought but should go ahead and get into BJMC programme, after which you can plan for a PG diploma from institutes like MICA, IIMC etc. As far as your communication skills are concerened yes you need to have good communication skills but it is not a compulsion that you need to have perfect English speaking skills, as you can always get into Hindi Journalism. If you want to enter the corporate world i would also agree with Suryap, that you should go for BA LLB + MBA as this will easily give you an easy entry in the legal, administrative & HR department of various corporate companies and steadily reach the level of CLO as you will have an MBA degree to help you with faster career growth. Hwoever, I would like to add here that your MBA should be from a decent full time institute so that it can give you good return on investments.
