Hi Sneha, The Total Score is made up of Application Rating Score and In-person Assessment score. The Application Rating Score has 60% weightage and In-person assessment has 40% weightage respectively.
Application Rating Scores comprise of CAT/CET performance, Past Academic Records up to Graduation, Work Experience and Extra Curricular Activity, and Academic and Gender Diversity.

Go for B.tech, Its far better than BSc IT. As you are interested in CS so I would suggest you to go for UTM Shillong or its mentor university UPES. You would be glad to know that they have unique B.tech CSE specializations and all of them are in collaboration with IBM . Now you can imagine CS is such a wast field and universities are trying their best to provide good industrial exposure to their students and for that they are associating with big IT giants. So, if you are interested in this field, just go for it without a second thought :)
