Hi Syam, In most of the college you have to choose the specialization in 1st semester but alliance gives you a whole first semester to think and to find out on which subjects you are good at, as in first semester you have to study subjects from finance , marketing, operation, HR and others. Faculties are best in India with more than 20 years of experience in both teaching and corporate world who can guide you in a right path towards your goal.

MBA is a university based course thus it has more value in terms of certificate and getting a post graduate certificate. Whereas PGDM is a diploma course and the value of certificate is based on the college where we persuade our studies. So both has its own merits and demerits. But MBA has more scope in Government as well as private job placements and career excellence.
