If you have a culinary degree and/or trained under a notable chef and have moved up the ranks, you are typically considered a chef. If you simply dabble in the kitchen at home or are just starting out at the bottom of the restaurant totem pole, you are almost always considered a cook.

Hi dheeraj
After completing a degree course in HM you need not to take any specialization course to become a chef. HM itself is enough and provides with ample knowledge regarding the field that you aspire for. However, you can start with your training in the cooking field in a well established organization or hotel, gain experience and here you are, a professional chef!

Hi vivek,
your idea is good.but it won,t be advisable. So first fix your goal whether it is to IIT,s or to some other colleges.Because I made the same mistake.so,don't drop it .if you feel stressed first focus on any one of your board or jee.if you are a cbse student then when you pjrepare for your board it will automatically save you in your jee.otherwise when you finish your boards go to some coaching classes they wil guide you in a good way.

Dear Deepak,
If you want to pursue a career into Mass Communication and Journalism, then I would advice you to go for a regular post graduate course in Mass communication and Journalism.
In case you want to switch to another field, then MBA HR can be the choice for you.
You can do PhD after both the courses. Make a wise decision!

Hi Jeenu,
For a doctoral study in language, Arts and reading, you need to complete your post graduation and then opt for Mphil , after that students are asked to 'transfer' or 'upgrade' to full PhD status once they have demonstrated their research is of PhD standard.
