Since you don't have work experience applying as a fresher would be very difficult. Also, admissions will be done basis your overall profile, your grades are quite good but business schools would want to see more, what else do you have in your profile, how are you different from other applicants and most importantly why should they admit you without work experience. You must work on these areas. It will be wise if you apply for a MS management program into a top ranked university, gain work experience and then apply for a top ranked MBA.

There are several short term software courses which you may prefer after B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Although it is not necessary for Electronics and Communication Engineer to do any software related course to get a job since his B.Tech degree is enough to get him decent job.
For example, Infosys, the leading Information Technology company in India has the neck to hire more Electronics and Communication Engineers than any other company.
