Although, there is no concrete list of Institutes providing Wealth Management programme in Chandigarh but few of the institutes which are providing courses related to Wealth management & Financial planning are: IIFP, BIFM, ICFP etc. all these institutes are autonomous Institutes but are decent Institutes for wealth management programmes. However, certifications like CFP and CFA can also be good options.

To become an industrialist,you got to have a basic purpose-to raise the standard of living of the people of your country.In other words,to eradicate poverty and unemployment not through politics of other means but through setting up of an industry. For this, you have to identify the type of industry needed in a particular area.You must have the basic business skills and aptitude to save for your own survival, and carry on with the yearly business cycle.A certain thing called"ploughing back of profits" is required to be instilled into your instincts-when and how to plough back the profits, and in what amount. Then,the relative importance of production,mass manufacturing,marketing & sales,financial analysis and keeping of accounts,and most important,a thorough sense of human psychology is a must.
All this is readily gained if you are born in a business family.Otherwise, this is quite possible if you have the required aptitude and talent.Also, if you have thew will to build this aptitude, a study of commerce and management can help.But you HAVE to apply those concepts while facing the actual conditions.
An industrialist gets rich personally, but it carries a multitude of responsibilities at the social and ohter levels.

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your specialization is your own interests and career aspirations. As you are from commerce background finance can be one of the good options. Some of the other popular MBA specializations are Sales & Marketing, Operations, Human Resource, and International Business etc.
I would like to add here that advisable would be that you opt for a full time MBA programme as you are still at the early stage of your career in which full time MBA will be more beneficial as this not only gives you better practical exposure but also helps you in getting good job opportunities. Correspondence MBA is basically good for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience.
