Although, you have not mentioned anything about your professional Experience but if you have good amount of work experience and if you need an MBA just to get to the next level in your current organization you can go for an MBA in finance through Distance learning institutes like IGNOU, Annamalai University, SCDL etc. If you want to go for finance related courses options with you are certifications like CFA, CFP etc. or a PG Diploma programme from an Institute like IIBF, IFBI etc. can also be a good option.

Hi Savita, your spouse will first get visitor visa which can be converted into work visa later on. to be eligible for most of the Post Graduate Diplomas you will need to have at least 6.5 in IELTS. The Universities nad the high commission are very strict about the scores they need. With 6.0 in IELTS you will have a limited options of applying to colleges in Nz.
Since you are married, if you fail to provide proper documentation or show slight intension of going to Nz for mere entering the country then the high commission might consider it as a case of migration and refuse the application.
So I suggest that you reappear for IELTS and try for minimum 6.5 with no band less than 6.0.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses and 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

Well IAS is one of the most important govt services at both the State / Central govt. The admission of the successful officers take place on the basis of the person's qualifying an exam conducted by the UPSC.
Even though there are no set rules to prepare and get 100% success as it all depend on your hard work, but then as the exam is divided in two parts, one needs to perform well in both, in fact exceptionally well. The exam is divided in two phases:
Preliminary test (CSAT) and Main Written Test.
CSAT: It is an Objective type examination consisting of Two Papers that is common to all candidates from 2011 having special emphasis on testing their aptitude for civil services as well as on general knowledge.
Main Exam.: Those who qualify the CSAT exam are shortlisted for the Main exam. It is a descriptive (essay type) examination. The General Studies, Essay paper, English Paper are common to all candidates and with this a candidate has two optional subjects to choose from the given options and a language paper of his / her choice.
The preparation will include the sections like time management, proper reference texts in relevance to the curriculum and the syllabus, gaining more and more information of the G.K/ Current Affairs.

Although, CA along with B.Com is a good option but CA is a certification which is provided only by ICAI in India and is a separate course which can not be clubbed with B.Com, so if you want to do B.Com along with CA you definitely can do it but You have to do both the courses separately. Few of the good Institutes providing B.Com degree are: SRCC, Lady Shri Ram, Loyola, St. Xaviers, Christ College etc.
