For Postgraduate Courses:
Admission in JICM requires a bachelors degree with a minimum of 50% or an equivalent qualification in any discipline from an institute recognized by the Association of Indian Universities. Candidates appearing for final year examination in a bachelors degree (or equivalent) are also eligible to apply.
JICM, has its own entrance exam called Acumen. This is a two round entrance exam procedure.

To prepare for the same, you should join a test preparation agency. The normal age limit is from 21-30yrs and since you are from OBC category the age relaxation is 3yrs more. That means you are age limit is from 21-34.

Although, Panjab University does provide BBA course but there is no specifications given regarding the programme on their website or through any other source, so I would suggest you to directly get in touch with the University to get details about the eligibility and admission procedure. However, in most of the good Universities a candidate needs to appear for an entrance.

The most important thing which one should keep in mind while choosing your career options, is your own interests and career aspirations. If you feel that you are passionate to complete your MBA then do not think of going for a job or prepare for Entrance Examination along with your job and once you feel that you are completely ready to appear for your MBA Entrance leave your job and go ahead for CAT.

However, an Average student would take 6 months to a year to crack these MBA Entrance Examinations so depending on your capabilities and power to grasp you can calculate how much time you are going to take.
