Hi Nirav,
Although, there is no minimum cut off that you need to score in MAT Examination to get into a B-School but the higher you score the better it would be. Generally the good B-schools look at 750+ score.

Most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your stream is your own interests and career aspirations as more than the scope of a particular steam what would matter would be your own passion towards the subject as that will make you excel in that particular subject, which would ultimately result in your career growth and higher salary packages.
