The information you have given is not adequate to assess your case from a visa perspective. We need to know what is the documentary evidence to support your claim of "looking after the family business"? You are eligible for admission into a level 5 course in business/management, assuming you can score 5.5 bands in IELTS but that's not enough to get you a visa. your answer to my above query will give a better perspective on your visa application prospects.NZCC is a good institute

Please find below the requirements for MS in USA:
1)GRE: You will be required to take the GRE test which is calculated on 1600 score. You will be required to score atleast1000 in test. The higher you score, the better is your chance of admission.
2)TOEFL: TOEFL is an english examination which is preferred medium of english examination in USA and is calculated on a score of 120. You will be required to score atleast 90 in this exam.
3)SOP:It is a statement of purpose which is a part of the application wherein you have to write an essay within 1500-3000 words expressing to the university why they should admit you.
4)Letters of Recommendat

However, if you are looking for a career in corporate world especially in the legal division you can opt for CS. CS as a profession, in a long run will definitely give good return on investment. On the other hand IIFPs Diploma Programme can be an add-on if you want top get into a banking career like investment banking etc.
