Hi,
Yes it is absolutely possible for you to receive 100% scholarship. However, that requires very impressive credentials. You would need atleast 700+ in the GMAT(Note* It depends on the competition of the university. If the average GMAT of the university is 640, then you would get a scholarship easily with a 700 score, but if the average GMAT is somewhere near 700, then you would need atleast 750+ to secure some amount of scholarship)
You would need atleast 75% and above in both bcom as well as mcom

You should be concerned. Some graduate schools require at least a 4 on the AWA for admission. Departments regularly waive such requirements, but it's a negative point against you even though you have an excellent profile. The department will only waive that requirement if they really like your application otherwise. Explaining it away in the SOP will help somewhat assuming you have a valid reason (do you?). I do not think your AWA will be a problem for you from getting admitted somewhere, but it may hurt your placement. Retaking the GRE could be beneficial.
