More innovation because of cloud
Increased competition in the cloud space will give way to better products, services and innovation. This last point is a little counterintuitive for any of us that have read Geoffrey Moore’s book, Crossing the Chasm: Marketing and Selling Disruptive Products to Mainstream Customers. Moore writes that after a vendor establishes a new product or service, its pace of innovation drops. Moore suggests that this occurs because companies need to help their clients adopt the new innovative offering.
Moore named his book Crossing the Chasm after the phenomenon that refers to how companies need to become more

Hi Nidhi,
Cloud computing is the technology that allows any computer application or service to be delivered over a network or the Internet, with minimal or no local software or processing power required.
To make that possible, the IT resources (like computation and Storage) are made available on need basis", when extra capacity is needed it is seamlessly added.

and external components, some cloud based and some not, but also more and more complex networks and relationships with suppliers and partners.
Cloud technology can also lead to fewer members in the operations team as well

Hi Anu,
I don't think SAP HANA will affect cloud. Infact, SAP uses "SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud". SAP uses cloud to deploy, maintain, integrate, and extend SAP in-memory applications in a private cloud environment – for a faster, easier transition to real-time business.

A. Technology
Grid computing is a kind of distributed computing in which a single job is broken down into many smaller tasks using a network of computers. B. Terminology
There are certain similarities between the two network-based computer systems, such as the ability to pool resources, but there are also significant differences in terms of design, business model, and compatibility. In order to complete a single ac
