Please remember no good B-school gives direct admission, in order to pursue MBA you need to take various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT etc.
Besides various national level management entrance tests, some institute even conduct entrance test of their own like:
- IBSAT: ICFAI Business Schools
- NMAT: NarseeMonjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
- MICA: Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad.
- IIFT: Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi and Kolkata.
So I would suggest you to take various management entrance test and then take admission in good B-school.

The cut off varies from year to year depending on the various factors like difficulty of exam, number of students appeared in the examination etc. so specifying a number wont be right. Just be focused and prepare for the examination well.
Marking scheme and examination pattern is mentioned below :
1. The exam duration is 2:30 hours
2. The question paper contains 150 questions from Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics
3. The questions are of objective type with multiple choices

In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need:
- Graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply.
- Then, you need to clear the selection process of the B-school, starting with an entrance test accepted by the B-School. For e.g. CAT, MAT, SNAP, CMAT.

Placements are good. Top scorers get upto 10-12 lakhs per annum whereas an average package is somewhere between 4.5 to 6 Lpa. Rest it depends on your own performance. They do not provide 100 percent placement assurance.
