Hi Divya,
It's entirely possible, most of the individuals I know, specifically those working for my current and past employers do not have CS degrees, I'd say it's more of a 85% / 15% ratio from what I've seen. Of the 85% who do not have CS degrees perhaps half don't have any sort of degree. From my observations individuals with degrees have no performance edge over those who do not, and only a slight hiring edge is there.
Hope this helps

Hi,
CCNA is a popular certification in computer networking developed by Cisco Systems. Cisco created the CCNA to recognize basic competency in installation and support of medium-sized networks.
The core CCNA certification can be obtained by passing a single 90-minute written exam. The exam has no prerequisites, although Cisco and other companies offer various formal training courses to help students prepare.

It depends on duration and type of work exp. 2-3 years is ideal for mba. More than that not suitable. However, the work exp has to be relevant, if the work exp is in IT sector then it better to pursue mba as early as you can.

Between all three mentioned, I'll advice to go for Java. Among these java captures major market share. Due to its open source attribute most companies invest in Java for their application development. Also java has some unique features which keeps it at upper hand over other two. But yes going towards learning curve, Java requires more time to get proficiency. But in end you will enjoy upper hand after learning Java.
Best of Luck.!!
