Hi Manisha,
NCERT books are quite good considering JEE mains exams. Some people might say H C Verma, I E Irodov, Resnick Halliday for physics and Morrison and Boyd for chemistry, and in general Arihant publications' books, but it boils down to the fact that for every person this list is different and it's totally up to you which book appeals to you and pick the one from which you can understand basic concepts.

Hi Manisha,
I get your astonishment. Seeing the population and rising competition among students, PCM seems to be the best way to judge students on their ability to solve analytical and reasoning skills. It's not about CSE or Mech or ECE. You need to make a cut way higher than others to prove that you are above them and worthy of being in an IIT or any other top colleges.
If you really want to be in CSE, gear up for PCM! You won't get into BITS/IIT/NIT without it.

Hi Kareena,
The star ratings system is internationally recognized as the measure for hotel's overall quality. However, what one country may regard as a 3-star venue will be a 2-star in another, and vice versa. While there is no international standard that hotels across the world subscribe to, the stars all pertain to a hotel's level of service, facilities, rooms, location and price. General guideline of difference as per the star rating:
5-Star Rating: Luxurious hotels, offering the highest degree of personal service. Elegance and style abound, the rooms are equipped with quality linens, VCR, CD stereo, jacuzzi tubs, and in-room video.
