You haven't mentioned in which ISB and in which course you are interested. Assuming that you are looking for ISB Hyderabad (EMBA) its approx fees is 35lakhs.

Otherwise, take a tough decision to leave the job and do a full time MBA, and then start all over again for rapid advancement.Otherswise, take a study leave of two years and do MBA full time.
