NIBM is certainly a good (ISO certified) institute to pursue MBA.
There are different courses like MBA(2 yrs), EMBA(1 yr), MBA (1 yr) which can be done in NIBM.
The fee structure for all the 3 above are different.
However apart from all these there is also a Bharathiar University MBA which is of 2 yr duration.
This particular one is AICTE/DEC/UGC approved.
Exams like GMAT,CAT etc: These are not necessary.

As you are already working . so doing MBA from any of the above institutes . is no issue. as all above institutions are valid . recognized. economically Manipal is charging low fees . compare to others . but symbiosis is internationally recognized. but as you already having job experience . it doesn't make any much difference .
