I am not very sure about this thing, whether GLIM (Great Lakes Institute Management) requires work experience along with management quota, for this you can directly contact the college admin whose number u can get from the college website(www.greatlakes.edu.in)

We do not have Management quota. Work-ex is always an advantage. For the PGDM course a work-ex of less than 5 Years is accepted and PGPM course would expect candidates of above 5 years of Work-ex

That time has gone, now when anyone studying abroad will get job 100%. Now there is cut throat competition in abroad too. So, it would be better, if you pursue your MBA form A grade B-schools from anywhere. Don't go for online courses. They seems to be good but are wasteful.
