Theoretically two degrees simultaneously cannot be considered legal. Issues at the time of submitting application for employment will crop up. So you may have to conceal some information and reveal only the most relevant information. Besides there is a possibility of clash of examination dates. But I heard some Universities in Tamilnadu started permitting two degrees at the same time - one through regular and one through distance. Two courses are pursued at the same time by some students to save on time. Many universities permit doing a certificate course of six months duration along with graduation at the same time

Hi, you may try and look for colleges offering M.Tech without GATE score such as Anna University, Vellore University, Amity University, Amrita University, Indraprasth University, Dr. D.Y. Patil University, etc which conduct their own entrance exam for the M.Tech aspirants. You can write these exams and pursue M.Tech.
But, as a friend I would suggest you to first appear in GATE exam and then opt for M.Tech as it will open doors of many eminent universities like IITs, NITs, IIITs, etc.
Click on the thumbs up, if you found this useful. Feel free to discuss more.
Wish you Luck!

Hi,
As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be that after working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue masters in same or related field, whereas if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.
For your reference find below the eligibility criteria to pursue MS degree from universities in Germany:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1
