The Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) program is a four-year integrated professional degree program of Elementary Teacher Education offered after the senior secondary (class XII) stage of school. It is a bilingual program.
Candidates seeking admission to the Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) programme must have passed the Class XII examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any other Board recognised as equivalent to the CBSE with at least 55% marks in the aggregate and 50% marks in each of the English and Hindi subjects (both core and elective).

Hi Devanshu, keeping in mind your bend towards creative fields I would say that animation industry is no doubt one of the fastest emerging fields.
To be eligible, minimum education qualification for a degree and diploma course is plus two or equivalent.
To get a better job prospect, one should have a degree or diploma in animation.

As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be that after working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue masters in same or related field, whereas if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.
For your reference find below the eligibility criteria to pursue MS degree from universities in Germany:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Since Germany is a non English speaking country, and their national language is German, so it is always advisable for students to pursue some basic level German language course before leaving for Germany.
