Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA from Canada, however please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in Canada you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 67- bands plus.
I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then pursue MBA from Canada.

Both the courses you mentioned i.e. MBA and PGDM are good course to pursue and both of these offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.
MBA is offered by universities, where as PGDM is offered by institutes.After completing PGDM or MBA a person can work in almost all the sectors at executive, assistant managerial or managerial level.
