Hello,
Can only say that you need to approach universities that offer distance MCA. Make sure that you are able to offer a strong and genuine reason for the migration.
If at all they do not allow, then the last option can be to either pick distance M.TECH or go for regular MCA and then further ahead.

Both the course you mentioned i.e. MBA and M.Tech are good course to purse, both of these course offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.
As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your B.tech and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be that after working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue M.Tech, whereas if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.
