Both the course you mentioned i.e. MBA and M.Tech are good course to purse, both of these course offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.
As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your B.tech and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be that after working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue M.Tech, whereas if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.
