I too agree with Dr.Goutam Chatterjee that you should first pick up a regular degree in B.C.A and then further go ahead with additional courses from G.N.I.I.T as then it would certainly enhance your knowledge and aptitude as well as get you a bright future.
Pursuing a course in Bachelors in Computer Application, the candidate is trained in the various areas like basics in programming, networking, various application packages etc.
Job prospects are available in various areas like programming, networking, system administration etc. There are many companies which specialize in these areas like WIPRO, TCS and government sector also recruits BCA professionals in plenty. The opportunities available after completion of Masters course is higher. On gaining experience you can reach higher positions in their career.

With 15 (10+2+3) years of education UK would be the best study destination for you, as universities in US requires 16 (10+2+4) years of education for admission in their masters program, well as per your profile you can pursue Msc in HR from universities in UK.
In order to pursue Msc in HR from UK, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
