You should look forward to your career. Every college is different and hence there admission criteria also varies. Do not lose your hope apply for the course in which you want to enroll, there are many colleges where the admission is based on counselling and personal interview. But you need to check the eligibility criteria of the college before applying and you can check the same on their website.

Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination under 10+2 pattern with not less than 45% of marks which is recognized by the syndicate as equivalent to Higher Secondary Examination of the Government of Tamil Nadu, are eligible for admission.
Applications shall be invited by TNDALU in offline mode and can be obtained personally or by post from the Registrar Office of the University or from the college itself.
