Yes, there are a lot of B-schools around India which you can get into with 85% CAT percentile and however I would recommend that you have at least minimum 2 years of experience from a reputable company before you get into such B-schools to get a decent package around 4.0-10 LPA. If you're select choice of B-schools is in Hyderabad then I can suggest the following B-schools as options and would be easy on pockets:-
1. Siva Sivani Institute of Management
2. Dhruva Institute of Management
3. Institution of Public Enterprise
4. ISB (if you can afford it).
5. Some other as well.
So these B-schools except ISB will give you some percentage of scholarship amount or concession in fees for the 85 percentile. For ex:-
Siva Sivani Institute of Management gives you about Rs. 60,000/- concession in the total fee of 5.5 LACS.

For the 2014-18 batch, we had a decent placement season at Techno India University. As I belong to CSE department so my answer will mainly focus on the placement of CSE branch. Students from CSE got placed in companies like Microsoft, Intel, Mindtree, TCS, to name a few. At least 35-40 companies allowed a CSE student to seat for placement as of now and you will be surprised to know that companies are still coming. Our college strictly believes in one student one job policy (exception happens only for dream companies). Everyone who knew how to code and had basic knowledge of subject with good communication skill got placed. Now coming to percentage, we are the 2nd batch of the university and for our CSE batch total strength is 220 students. Due to this huge batch strength the placement percentage looks less, but let me assure you, if you are not planning to spend next four years of your life ONLY on weeds, whisky and selfies then you will get enough number of opportunities to get yourself placed-grabbing it or not totally depends upon you. For other branches I do not have much idea, but a simple suggestion-if you want direct placement from any private college in West Bengal with good package then choose CSE or ECE and if you are confident enough to crack GATE (don't choose mechanical-cutoff is too damn high) and go for PSUs or higher study then choose core.

If candidates are eligible according to eligibility criteria then they can proceed to fill the application form:
Candidates should have passed minimum 3 years of Bachelors Degree from any recognised university. Candidate must score 50% marks in aggregate in any discipline (45% for OBC/PD belonging to Maharashtra State only). Candidates those appearing in final year are also eligible to apply.
Exam Pattern:
The exam will be conducted online. There will be Multiple Choice questions in the question paper. There will be total 200 questions in the exam. Duration of exam will be two and half hours (150 minutes). The language of paper will be English only.
1 mark will be provided for each correct response. For an incorrect response, no marks will be deducted.

Hi Neetu, Delhi University conducts the Joint Admission Test DU JAT in the month of June. The exam is a gateway for admission to colleges that offer Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) and Bachelor of Business Administration (Financial Investment Analysis) programs and B.A. (Hons) Business Economics. Candidates willing to appear for DU JAT 2018 need to fill the application form. The application process is online. Registered candidates need to download the admit cards candidates from the official website. The admit card will be made available online at least 10 days prior to the date of examination. The schedule of DU JAT 2018 has not been announced yet. The exam will be conducted for 2 hours, and candidates need to answer 120 multiple choice questions in the given time. Every correct answer will be allotted 3 marks. Once the merit list of students is prepared, a counselling session will be conducted for candidates applying to BBS / BMS / BFIA.
