Hello Dear. The fee for BCA in DAV college is around 1.2 lakhs per year. But seems like you haven't kept yourself updated with the latest rankings by the QS world ranking system which has ranked " Chandigarh University" as Punjab's best institute, among all the government and private institutes in Punjab. Not just this, it has been ranked India's third best private university by the QS rankings and it has also been India's youngest private university to get NAAC A+ and NBA accreditations, and high NIRF rankings.

Masters in Canada are provided by universities. In order to make it into a University, you need to qualify tight requirements. One of them would be above 70% in your Bachelor's. Then the next one would be a few years experience at a managerial level or so. These things increase your chances of getting admission and the waiting period is usually 2-3months for confirmation of admission.

Pursuing LL.B. After B.Com is not a good decision for jobs point of view. Because more than 80 of jobs were taken by NLU's and CLAT accepting colleges. Hence you have very limited scope here. So in my opinion you should go through the following courses as per your interest as under.
1. Chartered accountant
2. Company secretary
3. MBA/PGP/ PGDM in Finance, Marketing and supply chain.
4. Certified financial adviser CFA.

You do not need Englisg speaking certificate to work abroad in general. Unless you are interested in teaching english job abroad to non natives then I would recommend TESOL or TEFL or IELTS certificate.
