Hi Sanjeev, Only a person who has done a full time LL.B. Is recognised to be eligible to practice law in India. There are colleges, which promises to allow students to complete their LL.B. Course through distance mode. However, such courses or arrangements are completely illegal and one should not fall for such traps.

Hi Yuva, Your Question is not very clear. Please specify which year you failed and during which course. For any Law College admission you have to go through Entrance exam. For B.A. LL.B. (5 years) - you need to be 10+2 with minimum 50% marks. For LL.B. (3 years) - you need to be a graduate.

check first whether it is full remission of tuition fees only or complete fee waiver
former means onky tuition fees will be waived and rest such as room rent, boom charge, library charge etc. Will be taken from you

Yes it is available. You need to visit the college website and clear the cutoff marks that are required. Your marks are above 60 percent so you can send your application to the college. Send a mail to the college administration in the mail address given in the website and they will guide you.

Placements are average, since it is a private university and not an NLU. You will learn the struggle of a placement in a private university. You need at least 7 good internships over a period of 10 semesters. Apply 6-7 months from before, I am sure you will make your mark.
