There are many colleges where short term courses available for fashion and Textile besides the regular degree courses. What I am aware of is for minimum 3 to 6 months. NID and NIFT are best in the industry but they are expensive. For a little cheaper fees - Pearl Academy, Polytechnics are better options and equally good. There are few government institutes / NGO supported institutes also where short term vocational courses are offered like YMCA etc. It will be difficult to give this full list of colleges in the states you have asked for. You can google it for the complete list of college's state wise. All the Best.
