Both the courses are entirely different as per the perspectives. MBA is a Management course and offers career relatively in all related domains.

In Germany the medium of instruction in the international degree programmes is mainly english,you are not expected to have German language skills.Instead a proof of proficiency in english ,like IELTSor TOEFL,is often required.Neverthless the basic knowledge of german language will help u to interact with german students an to find a job.
You can try MS in Mechanical in these German universities :- 1. University of Applied Sciences Esslingen,
2. University of Siegen,
3. RWTH Aachen University,
4. Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences,
5. University of Duisburg-Essen etc.
