I would suggest you to kindly contact the Danish Embassy for any visa related issues however if students application and documents are authentic then there is no such problem for the issuance of student visa. Some fraud cases may create some problems which leads to the temporary hold on visa issuance.

Although as per the government rules NIOS is fully recognized and anybody clearing through it is eligible for further studies in any mode but then this would also depend on school where in you plan to pursue further education as most of the public (non-govt.)schools may have different eligibility criteria.
Yet all I would suggest you is to contact the school where you plan to take admission and may inquire about the same with the management there.

yes why not. u just hve to attach a gap certificate which is provided by tehsil office. u will get admision. if there is any entrance test then u hav to qualify it. after llb u canalso do llm.thank you.

Definitely it must be quite confusing to understand which among the two would be a better option but then I would advise you to choose among the two depending on your interest and career aspirations. Both M.Tech and MBA are entirely different from one another; M.tech is a technical career course and is preferred by those who are keen to understand and implement the technologies and plan to pursue a career in the technical field.
