Industrial automation is the use of devices/ mechanisms to complete manufacturing tasks without/ least of the human intervention.
In India, you would rarely find institutes offering courses in industrial automation but then there are a few offering certificate courses and to know about the same you may refer to the following link:

Embedded Systems on the other side is a computer designed technology which helps to perform one or a few functions mainly with real-time computing constraints to resolve complex data.

Both the course options are good provided you are clear about your career aspirations and priorities. Embedded systems are widely used in most of the companies, and industries which are backed by technical functionality. Although, you have not mentioned anything about your academic percentage and no. of years of experience you have but, it is always advisable to go for a regular program if you are looking for a good career growth. If you are working for quite some time now, say you have around 6 - 7 yrs of work experience and looking for a growth in your current industry then, you can opt for a part time or correspondence program. Depending on your aggregate and overall academic performance you may apply through the campus placements taking place in your college. Other than this you can apply for jobs related to your profile through the various job portals or other modes.
You can also start applying with different PSUs as well or plan to write and qualify the various Government services exams like IAS/IPS/IES etc depending on your interest.

If the question is about National Institute of Business Management, i can put in a few words.
NIBM is one of the reputed institutes in South India providing distance education in various courses.
As its not an institute giving regular classes, they are not involved in campus placements.
But one thing that I can assure you is that, students who studied here are working in superb MNC's or have attained a govt job.This is due to the quality education provided by the institute.
I did my MBA from here and earned a hike too!
Its working professionals who really find this kind of distance education valid in order to get them updated and to increase their value in market.
So the question about package,placements etc is irrelevant for an institute like NIBM.

In order to do under graduate program in engineering from gemany in the related field you must Qualified secondary school leaving certificate after 12 years and one year of successful university study in a field related to the intended field of study or proof that you passed BOTH PARTS of the Joint Entrance Examination to the Indian Institutes of Technology.
All documents from India must be notarized by a notary or the German embassy. We do not accept documents notarized by a school, university or other agency.
Do not send documents notarized and sealed in individual envelopes. The documents themselves must be notarized.
Applicants from India must submit TOEFL or IELTS scores that meet the admission requirements. For the summer intake universities start taking applications in september however you have done diploma after SSC so you are eligible for the program ,kindly let me know in which filed you want to do your further studies will help you with the details. Also you can check in these universities in case if you are interested in mechanical engineering:- RWTH AACHEN University , Dresden University , Technical University Munich etc.

Enhancing your education for your career progression is a good option. However, distance learning diploma courses at such an early stage of your career would not hold great value rather, it would not be wrong if I would say would hold no value. The best option to get a real career growth is full time MBA program from a decent University. If that is not possible, as you are working and would not want to quit your job you should either wait for another 3-4 Yrs and then should go for EMBA or if you want to do some course which may help you further in your career you can opt for computer related programs like SAP. Another option could be (if you want to do a Management program) take up a satellite program from XLRI or IIM Calcutta.
