Yes, Construction Management is a specialization under MBA, but this specialization is very new and there are very few rather only 2 or 3 Universities providing this specialization those are: NICMAR, GICMAR, NAC, MIT (Pune), University Of Petroleum and Energy studies etc.
Few of the other Institutes which you may check for various PG Diploma, Diploma and certificate courses are: Indira Gandhi National Open University, & Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology etc.
As far as graduation degree is concerned as suggested by Mr. Raja, it would be good for Civil Engineering & Architecture students.
