Hi,
Since you have completed class 10th that makes you eligible for certain government and private sector jobs. No doubt. However, if you think you want to upgrade by doing some certificate courses (any field of choice) and then apply for jobs accordingly, that is also fine. In the meantime, while doing the certificate course, start by taking up say home-teaching jobs for some time. It gives you the feel and push to start off.

This depends on what your aspirations are from the Online MBA Degree experience. The assets of a top, full-time in-person MBA are unique, such as relationship-building and intensive classroom discourse, and cant be replaced by online study. However, many of the hard skills and managerial philosophy that you would gain in a full-time MBA will also be taught in an online MBA.
