Yes, after you clear your backlogs you can definitely go for MBA. Minimum requirement for MBA is a degree & a valid MBA entrance score like CAT, MAT etc.

But I think you are asking about course options after BBA, right?
Doing MBA is a good option for BBA students as it is a continuation of BBA & you will not feel it hard.
If you perform well, you will have a bright future for sure.
Else, you can try for banking field. IBPS, SbI, exams are available. Crack such exams & shine.

Definitely she can pursue her Bachelors from India. For that she has to apply to the universities and then apply for study permit in India. Once the study permit is issued, she will be eligible to study here. And one more thing, fees will be pretty high for international students.

For Australia and US, the fees is very high, but if you score well in GMAT and TOEFL, then you can get scholarship.
For UK, the visa policies are not good, but study quality is great but fees are also high.
For Canada, the process is like US, total cost would be around Rs.30 lakhs to Rs.35 lakhs.

Degree is enough for getting a Govt. job likewise if you do PGDM there is no issue.
Post Graduate Diploma in Management is approved by AICTE since 1994. It is at par with MBA in terms of Course Design & Content. However, technically PGDM & MBA are two different programs, MBA is offered by a University and PGDM is offered by Non-University Institutes. It depends on Individual Universities to consider the PGDM equivalence to MBA. Like Aligarh Muslim University considers the AIMA-PGDM equivalent to MBA.
