Hello Karthik,
Definitely, you can pursue other courses like MBA. If you are planning to take up a different engineering courses like Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Science, you might be given the admit. But, its very difficult to get VISA due to change of stream and you will be identified as potential immigrant. So its always recommended to do specialisation in your stream. Being a Civil Engineer, you can opt Construction Engineering and Management, Transportation Engineering, Water Resource Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Structural Engineering.
