Well, there is good scope in any field you wish to enter if it matches your interest, skills and long term career goals.
After B.Sc (IT) you have two options :
1) You may opt for M.Tech if you wish to study the technical aspect of the branch .
OR
2) You may pursue MBA if you wish to move your career towards management line.
You have another option with you, i.e.,
3) You may plan to work in private or public sector industries of various types. The work varies by industry and function. After gaining a valuable work experience of a year or two you may finally get a clear picture about your interest area, whether to go with the technical course (M.Tech) or management course (MBA).
So, in a nutshell, it's your decision to choose between the two lines. Think and decide wisely where do you wish to see yourself in future.

Engineering surely helps you in animation field. Animation related application softwares are all created using program language. However animation is more related to aesthetics and user interface rather then programming. For design related tasks you must possess creative talent . For become developer in Gaming ,Animation scripting, Web development, E-learning etc. you could apply both creative as well as logical aptitude. Hi,
American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree.
Admission to medical school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted.
Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.
