Getting jobs abroad is very competitive as you need to compete with the natives of that country first and then with remaining international candidates. However if you fulfill the eligibility criteria for a particular job then getting a job should not be a problem.
In order to get job abroad, you need to first of all find out the job opening in the area of your interest and the best source for this are newspaper and job portals.
Both of these medium provides information about vacant job position and eligibility criteria for a particular job.
If your qualification and work experience matches the eligibility criteria, then you may apply for the job.
If you are selected then the company will issue an offer / appointment letter and sponsorship letter and on the basis of this you can apply for VISA.

You can continue doing your courses after 12th, it doesn't really matter.Mostly what you need in these field is a good imagination, unique concepts of characters and objects.You have to be patient and gather knowledge from various books and studies, because you need to have different thoughts about characters or how they should look like or how a graveyard should look like or an old gothic castle.You have to love playing games,because the game you will be making, has to be appreciated by players.Game designing includes brief knowledge of sketching,animation,object perspectives,3d modeling and game engine.You can learn the softwares from institutes,but imagination and passion has to from your angle.You have to love what you do,think about sitting and doing the thing for hours without getting frustrated.This can be boring,puke feeling,frustrating,disgusting or just pure joy and fun.Depends on how much you are willing to push yourself and how much love you have for this field.

As far as getting a job is concerned, it depends on the responsibility of the candidate. You may explore certain things about yourself such as :

Eligibility
In order to secure admission to first year of three-year part time MMS course, the candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
· Passed in any full time Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities
OR
· Passed Graduate Examination in Industrial Engineering, Mumbai and who have subsequently qualified in the GATE examination conducted by IITs
AND
· Have a minimum of 2 years of experience (supervisor or executive level). The experience should be full time experience and NOT include internships, projects, etc.

If you mean MBA and PGDM, then in order to pursue these course you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
Besides these various management entrance test, some institutes even conduct entrance test of their own.
So, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the institute's website you wish to apply.

1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
