Learn tools like photoshop with some objectives. What is your objective ! Are you a Photographer, Web Designer, Graphic Designer, DTP Operator, Mobile Application developer or skilled person in Digital Media ? Usually people who opt for modular tool based learning do it for enhancing their existing skills.
