After electronics branch you have two fields :
1) Core field
2) Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch:
-Power systems
-Latest applications of Solar panels
-Embedded systems
-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can learn programming language.

Well with little bit that I have gained so far. I would say that in order to become a wildlife photographer, you first have to understand and Love Wildlife/ Nature. And then you need to have good hand over photography.
As for scope is concerned, photographers are usually free lancers and can earn good as well. However, a wildlife photographer can try for Nat Geo, Animal Planet and other such organizations.
Photography is a very challenging profession and requires a lot of hard work time and patience. There are various institutes that provide courses in photography
