After electronics branch you have two fields :
1) Core field
2) Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch:
-Power systems
-Latest applications of Solar panels
-Embedded systems
-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can learn programming language.

As per your profile you may look for job in international marketing departments of companies engaged in exports like multinational manufacturers such as automobile companies, electronics and computer companies and consumer durables manufacturers,plus you may also look for job in airlines, cargo and global shipping companies.

To get admission in MBBS :
* You need to complete 12th in Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) with 60%. For SC/ST the marks percentage relaxation is 10%.
* You must be between 17 years and 22 years.
* You need to qualify entrance exams such as AIIMS, AFMC, AIPMT etc.

Well with little bit that I have gained so far. I would say that in order to become a wildlife photographer, you first have to understand and Love Wildlife/ Nature. And then you need to have good hand over photography.
As for scope is concerned, photographers are usually free lancers and can earn good as well. However, a wildlife photographer can try for Nat Geo, Animal Planet and other such organizations.
Photography is a very challenging profession and requires a lot of hard work time and patience. There are various institutes that provide courses in photography

As per your profile, you may consider pursuing:
1. MBA.
2. Masters degree in computer science and related fields.
So, if you wish to make your career in the field of management and business, then pursuing MBA would be the the best option for you, whereas if you wish to build your career in technical field then you may pursue masters degree in computer science and related fields.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in Australia, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
So, as per your query, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.tech and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be that:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
- Finally, if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses of your further studies.
