Pursuing MBA is always a better option as it further enhance the career prospects.
MBA,is a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:
- Finance.
- Marketing.
- Human resources.
- Operations management, etc.
As per your profile pursuing MBA in operations or marketing would be the best option for you.

for 12th you must have appear in the recognized board and the list of recognized board given the website of ministry of human resource government of India and in this list ABM Vidyapeeth is not there so this is not recognized

There are other institute specific entrances to pursue M.Tech other than GATE. But, it would be advisable to opt for M.Tech after clearing GATE exam as it opens more doors of esteemed universities such as IITs, NITs, IIITs etc.

After Diploma you may join lateral B.Tech course and can directly enter into the second year. If you want to work alongside then you may join correspondence course.
