1. 60% or equivalent marks throughout in academics from 10th to MBA.
2. Some companies do not consider students with year backlog.
Some companies may not consider the above mentioned criteria, they give more importance in how well you perform in group discussion and personal interview.
So, in order to know the exact procedure, it would be always advisable to contact your institute's placement co-ordinator.
