Generally, transfer is possible within the university from one college to another. Keeping your concern in mind I would suggest you to contact the officials of both the colleges for specific and updated knowledge regarding the transfer norms as transfer procedure and criteria differs from college to college.

Hi Preeti,
If you are interested in Electronic Media then you should go for a PG in Mass comm or its related field such as Journalism, PR, Advertising, Event Management,etc. Remember choose domain keeping in mind your area of interest.
Few good colleges are:
IIMC
MICA
XIC
JAMIA
Amity etc.
Most of the above mentioned institute conduct entrance test for admissions. For your preparation you can start with reading newspapers and books related to current affairs and Gk, if you want you can refer to Manorama Year book which is one good book for GK and current affairs.

SMU eligibility criteria for MBA-----Graduate Engineers and Bachelor's degree holders in 10+2+3 scheme with at least 50% marks(with 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC students) at graduation level will be selected based on performance in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT)/(CAT).

Mahesh, I would suggest you to go for some technical colleges for these courses. For example, IITs offer techno-management programmes unlike normal business schools. But, if the programme is MBA (Industrial Management), you should clear CAT for admission. If it is M.Tech (Industrial Management), you should clear GATE with a score in Mechanical or related stream.
