After your graduation, prepare for GMAT, GRE. If you are preparing for CAT, then also you can apply abroad.
The HEC MIM application is via a common application called the SAI application. Given that the SAI application accepts CAT scores, you can apply to the following programs on the basis of your CAT score via the SAI application:
HEC
EM Lyon
Audencia
ESCP
SKEMA
Apart from them EDHEC in France also accepts CAT scores. But I will still say, Go for IITs and IIMs in India. For MBA they are more and less the same unless you are getting Harvard or Stanford

SAT is used by colleges and universities for shortlisting students. A good SAT will help in obtaining scholarships. The top universities like Harvard looks for all-rounders, so only a good SAT score will not help. You should engage in extra-curricular activities, voluntary work and have a good profile.
